Do you want to help us bring the world of The Faelight Ball to life?

Audition to become one of our NPCs!

For those unfamiliar: NPCs (Non-Player Characters) are the beating heart of immersive theatre.

These performers portray nobles, diplomats, merchants, tricksters, and key figures from both mortal and fae factions.

They guide interactions, seed rumors, deepen the storyline, and create unforgettable, personal moments for guests throughout the night.

In addition to our speaking roles, we are also casting immersive service staff; performers who assist with dinner and bar service while remaining fully in character. These roles are essential to the atmosphere of the evening. Guests will interact with servers more than almost anyone else during the night, making them some of the most important storytellers in the room.

Rather than simply serving food or drinks, these performers help bring the world of the Ball to life through small moments: a whispered rumor, a knowing smile, a playful comment, or a subtle piece of world-building woven naturally into conversation. It is a role that blends hospitality, improvisation, and character performance to create a seamless experience for every guest.

Serving roles require Smart Serve certification and the ability to carry and balance three plates at a time.

Step Into the Realm of the Faelight Ball — Performers & Immersive Service Staff

We are seeking dynamic, creative performers for a storytelling experience unlike anything else. The Faelight Ball will mark the first immersive fantasy ball of its kind in Simcoe County, and we are building a cast bold enough to bring it to life. This is a fully interactive evening where the veil between worlds thins and the audience becomes part of the story.

This is not traditional theatre.
