What to Bring With You on the Night

A little preparation can help the evening unfold smoothly. The suggestions below are offered for comfort and ease - not as requirements.

Essentials

  • Your ticket and/or identification, as required for entry

  • Comfortable footwear, especially if you plan to explore multiple buildings

  • Weather-appropriate outerwear (cloak, coat, wrap, or shawl)

  • Any personal items you may need, such as medications or mobility aids

Coat check will be available on-site, so you’re welcome to bring layers and outerwear without carrying them throughout the night.

Optional & Helpful

  • A shawl, wrap, or gloves for outdoor spaces and cooler evening air

  • A mask, fan, or accessory you may wish to wear for part of the evening

  • Cash or card, to purchase additional Fae Coins throughout the evening

  • Comfort items, such as blister pads or hair pins, tucked discreetly away

  • Cell phone or camera, magical moments such as these are meant to be remembered, and many guests find it helpful to capture videos and photos as the evening unfolds. We do ask, however, that you be considerate of the enjoyment of others, and keep your phone on silent, flash off, and take care of what moments you capture.

Note - a bag or pouch for market purchases is not necessary, as a bag check will be available alongside the coat check for anything obtained throughout the evening.

These items are entirely optional - bring what helps you feel at ease.

A Gentle Note

You do not need to arrive fully prepared for every possibility. Staff and volunteers will be on hand to assist throughout the evening, and the event is designed to be enjoyed without careful planning.

If you arrive with curiosity, comfort, and a willingness to wander, you’ve already brought everything that truly matters.
