The Faelight Ball (May 16, 2026) - VIP Admission
Important: To ensure accurate guest details (meal selection, etc) and calling cards, tickets must be added to the cart one at a time. Once each ticket has been added, you may complete checkout for all tickets together.

VIP Admission is an invitation beyond the public threshold of the evening, offering seven immersive hours from 5:00 PM to midnight, with access that begins before the lanterns rise. Prior to the Queen’s formal arrival, VIP guests are welcomed into a private reception with the Queen’s Court; a rare and intimate prelude to the night ahead. This early audience allows guests to experience the Court unannounced and unguarded, to mingle in quiet elegance, and to be formally received before the grand entrance unfolds. A glass of bubbles is served during this private reception, setting the tone for an evening that balances ceremony, privilege, and immersion.
From there, VIP guests step seamlessly into the full splendor of the Faelight Ball, carrying with them both exclusive access and deeper connection to the living story of the night.
VIP Admission includes:
Early access to the Queen’s Court during a private pre-Ball reception (starting at 5:00)
A glass of bubbles served during the VIP reception
A professional photo experience with the Queen’s Court
Exclusive VIP seating during the plated dinner
A curated VIP gift set from select Night Market artisans
A keepsake pouch containing 2 Gold, 2 Tin, and 2 Copper Fae Coins
Optional opportunity to collaboratively create a character, reflected through a personalized calling card
All Standard Admission inclusions, including full event access from 5:00 PM–12:00 AM, dinner, performances, dancing, immersive environments, and access to the Night Market and Divination Parlour
Age & Alcohol Service
This event is open to guests of all ages. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase and will be served only to guests of legal drinking age with valid government-issued identification. An on-site identifier will be used to distinguish eligible guests.
Additional Experiences
Additional experiences ( including divination sessions, expanded fae coin allotments, and select Discovery Harbour offerings) will be released closer to the Ball. Ticket holders will receive first notice when these experiences become available.
Dining Experience & Dietary Information
The evening’s dining experience unfolds in courses designed to complement the rhythm of the Ball.
Guests will enjoy a selection of passed appetizers at the start of the evening, offering both vegan and meat options. Dinner includes a plated starter, followed by a choice of main course:
Romesco-marinated chicken breast(meat option)
Romesco-marinated and grilled cauliflower steak(vegan option)
Both mains are served over celery root purée, accompanied by roasted fennel and a warm kale, pomegranate, and millet salad.
All menu items are nut-free, dairy-free, shellfish-free, and gluten-free. To ensure quality and consistency, no substitutions can be accommodated.
